Airline Policies during Lockdown

Dear udChalo customers,

This is to convey to you that all Domestic flights will not operate due to the Lockdown declared till 14 th April 2020. Each airline is trying different ways to ensure the least inconvenience to guests for using the value of their tickets for future travel.

We are receiving constant updates from each airline and assure you that your ticket amount would be kept safe with each airline in a "Credit Shell" for future travel. Cancellation fees would be applicable if you would like us to cancel your journey entirely. Refund can only be processed upon receipt of the same from the respective airlines.

Further information would be available after the lockdown is lifted based on the prevailing conditions. We urge you to stay indoors, safe and healthy, wherever you are

No Action required by Customer to cancel Ticket for travel upto 30th April

1. Air India will waive No-Show charges i.e. your ticket will be protected at full value which can be used for travel commencing till 30th Sep'20.
2. Can reschedule their travel without paying any date change or sector change fee for your travel.
3. Reach out to udChalo for Rescheduling

No Refund, Amount will be used for next booking

Air Vistara

No Action required by Customer to cancel Ticket for travel upto 30th April

1. Rescheduling can be done without Rescheduling charges only fare difference & TAX needs to pay.
2. New Travel Date: - Till 31st December'20
3. Reach out to udChalo for Rescheduling
4. Name Change or Sector Change is not Allowed

No Refund, Amount will be used for next booking

Indigo

Action required by Customer to cancel Ticket for travel upto 30th April. If your travel is between 15th Apr 2020 - 30th Apr 2020 please convey your cancellation request by submitting on our website.

1. Fresh booking for the same passenger can be made before 30th Sep 2020., for travel on any time / date till Indigo schedule is open for sale at the time of new booking.
2. Change fee waiver process, Terms & Conditions will be conveyed at a later date.
3. In case of higher fare, fare difference will apply.
4. Changes must be made at least 3 days prior to your travel date.

Refund will be held in Airline Credit Shell

AirAsia

No Action required by Customer to cancel Ticket for travel upto 31th May 2020. udChalo will cancel ticket for passenger.

1. Unlimited rescheduling can be done for travel before 31st Oct 2020 on the same sector
2. No Additional cost to be incurred for date / flight no. change (subject to availability).
3. Unlimited date changes permitted until 31st Oct 2020.

For travel dates between 25th Mar 2020 to 14 Apr 2020 only

​ 1. Tickets can be canceled at no charges
OR-
2. Credit can also be collected into the guest's BIG ID, for which a guarantee letter from Passenger with the details of BIG ID, email and total amount to credit are required. Such Credits can be used for the same guest later.

1. Refund will be given upon receipt from the airline at a later date.
2. Credit of BIG ID can be used within 180 days.

Indigo

No Action required by Customer to cancel Ticket for travel upto 14th April

​A credit shell for the PNR shall be made for the full amount without any cancellation charges, which can then be used for the same passenger(s) anytime before 30th Sep 20, for travel any time till Indigo schedule is open for sale.

Refund will be into Airline CREDIT SHELL

SpiceJet

No Action required by Customer to cancel Ticket for travel upto 14th April

1. Rescheduling needs to be done for travel date on or before February 28, 2021.
2. It can be done by using the CREDIT SHELL amount.
3. CREDIT SHELL option will be available on the airline website from April 1, 2020 onwards.

Refund will be into Airline CREDIT SHELL which can be used after 1st April

GoAir

No Action would be required by the passenger to Cancel the ticket for travel upto 14th April.

1. All tickets will be protected, and passengers can reschedule their travel without any fees for up to one year from the original date of travel
2. The new ticket will be issued for the same passenger name for any GoAir flight (not necessarily the original sector the passenger booked their ticket on) without any rescheduling fee
3. Fare differential will be applied, if applicable
